MovED (Movement Education) is a movement and fitness workshop for everyBody. It’s a safe space for people of all bodies, backgrounds and ages to explore and connect to their body and its capabilities.
We draw on a range of techniques, including contemporary dance Hip Hop, yoga and breathwork, to challenge mainstream culture's idea of what fitness can look and feel like. Being present in and moving our bodies has immense benefits for our wellbeing. This workshop offers a learning environment that nurtures confidence, connection and aroha.
No dance experience or level of fitness required. Join us and be MovED.
